Policies and Procedures

Hours of Operation

With a pass, students may come to the library to check out books, return books, pay fines, work on projects, use computers and/or printers, etc. during the following times:

Monday-Friday, 8:15-4:15
During ELT
During lunch
With a class

Printing

Black & White copies = $.10 per page
Color copies= $.50 per page

* Payment must be made immediately after printing
**Payment applies to unwanted pages or pages mistakenly printed, so print with caution

Library Rules

Each student must have a pass to enter the library
No food, gum, or drinks allowed
Be respectful to all library staff, books, equipment, and other library patrons
Computers must be used for academic purposes

Check-Out Policies

Students may check out no more than 3 books at a time for up to 2 weeks
Books should be returned OR renewed by the due date
Fines for late books are $.05 cents per item/per day
If a book is lost or damaged, the student will be charged the book's amount
If a student has a remaining debt at the end of the school year, it may be turned in to the office and become a part of the student’s permanent file. (Library records follow you & all fines must be paid in order to graduate)
Any items checked out at the time a student withdraws from school must be returned or paid for upon withdrawal.
